Madeline Klein is the founder and Director of Klein Legal. She was aged 11 when she decided she wanted to be a lawyer. Her passion for law and more specifically, litigation stems from her instinctive desire to help people navigate challenging and inherently stressful legal issues. That same passion saw her start her own legal practice where she remains dedicated to helping clients navigate legal complexities in life and business.

Having completed a Bachelor of Business and Law and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2013 and being admitted as a solicitor in 2014, Madeline has gained a depth of knowledge and skill in commercial litigation, insolvency, wills and estates litigation and building and construction law.
Madeline Klein is an admitted solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia, a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Sunshine Coast Law Association.
Having worked at major CBD firms, Madeline has provided advice to corporate clients including receivers, liquidators, banks, and financial institutions throughout Australia on a range of commercial and finance litigious matters. Throughout her career, Madeline Klein has appeared in the Supreme Court of Queensland, the Federal Court, the Federal Circuit Court, the District Court, the Magistrates Court, and the QCAT in various litigious matters.
